terms of service

it is important that you know the terms of service of my work, to avoid misunderstandings, if you are commissioning me, by default, you are agreeing to my terms and i’m not responsible for any incovenience if you choose to not read them.GENERAL
✦ It is advisable to send detailed information of your commission (characters, poses, references, and other details), if you send references, your commission will be more as you want.✦ I will decline your commission if i do not feel comfortable.✦ I will not trace, edit, or copy another artists emotes.✦I can work in a bigger resolution (may be subject to a fee.)REFUNDS
✦ In case of a refund, it will be proportional to the work done.

PAYMENT
✦ Payments are made through PayPal and Nequi (Colombia)✦ Due to PayPal's transfer fee, there will be an additional 5,4% + $0,30 usd fee included in your base commission price✦ Payments must be made in full to secure your place in the queue, in case of large commissions you can pay in halves.USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
✦ I have the rights to post commissioned artwork as samples, unless private fees are paid.✦ Your commission is for personal use only, it is not for commercial purposes as you only have the rights to use the art on the agreed platforms, however, if you want to resell the illustrations in merchandise for example, you must pay 50% additional regarding royalties / buying the rights.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✦ The delivery date can be from 1 to 5 weeks depending on your position on the waiting list.✦ Deadlines must be at least one week long, if you want your commission to be dispatched very quickly, you could pay + 50% of the base price.
